Payment

We accept payments via SagePay, Cheque, PayPal, PayPal eCheque and Postal Order. We also accept credit/debit card payments over the telephone. Our payment line is: 01934 415577 and is open Monday-Friday 9am-1pm. Note: We are only able to take telephone payments from our UK customers.

Enclose your name, address (including postcode), telephone number and order reference. Cheques and eCheques are subject to clearance before goods are sent. Cheque payments declined by our bank for any reason will result in banking charges being passed onto the buyer.

Items paid for via PayPal can only be delivered to the registered PayPal address. A buyer may request an alternative delivery address but this needs to be done prior to purchase and confirmed in the 'message' section when making payment via PayPal. We do accept eCheque payments via PayPal, though goods are retained until notification of payment clearance is received.
